• Not be paid for, incentivised, or coordinated;
• Not infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• Not contain unlawful, defamatory, harassing or threatening content;
• Not contain personal data of third parties without their consent.

4.2 Licence

By posting you grant BrokerThreads a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable, perpetual licence to host, display, distribute, translate and create derivative works of your content for purposes of operating and promoting the forum.

4.3 Removal

You may request removal of your published content at any time. We may also remove or edit content we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting content you did not write or experience;
• Coordinated voting, sock-puppet accounts, vote manipulation;
• Bots, scrapers and automated tools;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems;
• Spamming affiliate links, referral codes or marketing material;
• Using the forum to violate any applicable law.

6. Editorial moderation

Submitted threads pass through editorial review before going live. We retain sole discretion over what is published.

7. Reviews are opinions

Threads on BrokerThreads represent the personal opinions of their authors and are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
